I have just been out to look at my local male Koel hollering in my local park. This time each time he called "koel" he shuffled his right wing. I have not seen or heard the female for the past few days. This time the other local birds seemed disinterested in him. A few weeks ago when both make & female were being very obvious several other birds wanted to chase them both away. Philip |
