1 adult bird took off from the creek where it flows under our drive this morning.  It was hotly pursued by representatives of the local Magpie community.

This is the first sighting in my GBS site and only the 4th in 6 years for the Carwoola area.  The previous 3 sightings have all been in November which may suggest we are  on a post-breeding dispersal route.
