Very likely the same group as are often on the Kambah sports grounds and have been within my GBS area occasionally. -----Original Message----- From: Tun Pin Ong Sent: Tuesday, 18 December 2012 10:31 PM To: Subject: White-winged Chough in Tuggeranong Hi, A family of 6 WWC, including a flying fledgling, are found almost daily foraging close to road side along busy Soward Way, behind Police station and towards the bridge. Sometimes they descend down the slope towards lake/Reed St South. They are very tame, sedentary and very reluctant to fly. Unlike those I saw in Riverina NSW which are not so approachable.
