Hi All Driving along William Hovell Dr at about 8:50 this morning and a white-necked heron cheerfully flopped over the road, looking like a little eagle for a moment, heading towards Kama Nature Reserve. Saw it again tonight on the opposite end of William Hovell in a tree by one of the dams on the edge of the Aranda bushland, before William Hovell Dr meets the GDE. Quite striking with all the yellow Saint John's Wort around. Matt. |
