One white-necked heron flying high over Farrer Ridge Sunday morning, 11.00. It struck me as an odd location, but when first seen it was rising and circling, perhaps from one of the small dams.

Also numerous Noisy friarbirds, including a pair busy building a nest; OB orioles in full song, and one Grey butcher bird singing.
