The Frogmouth chicks are very mobile at present walking up and down the nest branch.  I don't believe they have actually taken to the air yet, but with a moderately strong breeze at present much more wing-stretching and that decision may well be made for them.  This link goes to my best  image (so far) showing the flight-feather development.

The local Tawny Frogmouth family have been busily occupied raising two chicks.  This morning the male and the two chicks were out of the nest but on the same branch.  As the chicks don't appear to have well developed flight feathers yet I presume they have walked/crawled from the nest .  Last year, this situation lasted for 3 days until all moved - presumably  flew - to another tree, which I count as fledging.

Assuming it again takes them 3 days to take to the air, this will mean that the nest episode will have lasted 60 days this year (61 last year) and fledging happens 32 days after I thought the male adult acted as though something was wriggling underneath him (33 days last year).
