Strange bird call ID

We have lots of Pied Currawongs around here, and this morning they were calling
their usual calls at the same time as the (tok)eeee bird. I have never heard
the new call before. Pied C's have a variety of calls, but for the ones I
know, the notes are always "smooth" - ie not modulated (fast vibrato, if you
like).
