Greenfinches at Kingston

Possibly Norgrove Park?  Greenfinches are reasonably common there.

As soon as I arrived I heard the distinctive "eez" of a Greenfinch and soon spotted it (plus a few others). I assume they are breeding here as this bird is sitting high in a casuarina giving out his call.

Funny how Greenfinches persist through the decades in low numbers, you think they'd either go extinct, or expand.

Also Goldfinches, RR Parrots, Reedwarblers, but no crakes or rails except Moorhens and Swamphens.

Oh, and an unwelcome non-native, a Mallard.
