This morning as I past through Gundaroo I got a call from Kim McKenzie reporting Plumed Whistling Ducks (PWD) on the dam at Trucking Yard Lane Bungendore. I have passed there some 20 minutes ago and there were 9 PWDs still present. How obliging! An RP report will be submitted asap Also Denis Wilson noted last Friday that there were at least 6 Banded Lapwings in a recently ploughed paddock off the Kings Hwy about 500m on the Qbn side of Trucking Yard Lane. So that got checked out too and my count this evening was 7 birds. Denis has already reported these to the RP
