Carwoola Frogmouths

This morning the male Frogmouth had assumed the position on the nest.  I interpret this as meaning a first egg has been laid.  Thi is 6 days later than 2011 and 11 days later than 2010.  The female bird has not been located thus far today but further searching will happen later in the day.
