Callum Brae late this morning, over the open ground down near Nursery Corner (lower end of Middle Creek), 20+ welcome swallows flying and swooping, apparently catching insects.

Also flock of 20+ little ravens (identified by call and size of flock), a circling nankeen kestrel and a frighteningly large flock of starlings.

A couple of tree hollows with evidence of recent excavation/bark chewing.
