I thought i saw the same thing at about 12.30pm yesterday, same location. Sitting atop a dead tree. Could only drive past though.

A brief glimpse of what I took to be a spotted harrier settling on a fence post alongside the road on the south side of Coppins Crossing about 4:45 this afternoon.  Unable to stop because of traffic but the impression was of grey wings with orangey underparts and bare legs.
