That is interesting. Re your question and I am only suggesting what I think is likely. If they are all Long-billed Corellas, and they are behaving as a family, I think it far more likely that they are a locally wild breeding family than to be escapees, or just migrants coming separately. As in my guess is that the young were born locally.

 Hi everyone!

My friend Rod has had what he has described as a 'family' of Long-Billed Corellas in his yard in Waramanga for the last few weeks.

It appears to be 2 adults and a couple of 'teenagers'.  If they are all Long-Billed corellas, are they likely to be escapees, or just migrants?
