That's a Golden Headed Cisticola. You'd be very lucky to get southern emu wren here!!!

Around lunchtime today at Lake Ginninderra peninsular, in the grassland section, I saw what I think were a couple of southern emu wrens - I have never seen before - so very unsure???? There were a couple of similar birds together with a small number of superb fairy wrens, hopping from high grass to fence.
 
Can anyone tell me what it is (photo attached - not great shot)?
 
I saw similar bird flying around near the tip of the peninsular. Also a flock of red browed finches too.
 
No crested shrike tits though...
