Usually they set fire to it. With any luck they will have left some identifying information in it a la "Alice's restaurant" although I hope the fine is a good bit higher than $50 (or the $400 after adjusting approximately for inflation).

What leads some people to such anti-social behaviour? If anyone recognises any of the dumped goods or saw a vehicle carrying this load, let the police know in the hope of prosecuting the offenders and making an example of them.
