Next Wednesday Walk

Following various discussions about what is a lively spot at present and where walkers wish to go there seems to be interest in Shepherds Lookout as a destination for the walk commencing at 9:00am on 16 May.  So it will be made so.  Details will be worked out later but it is not intended to go down to the river (of course, if we spot something really interesting from further up that might change).  It appears the area to the North of the lookout is part of Woodstock Reserve so we might have a snuffle in there.

For those who don't know where the Lookout is the attached screendump from Google Earth might help.  It is about 3.2km down Stockdill Drive, Holt from the intersection with Drake-Brockmann Drive.  Go past the Belco Golf Club on the right, Straithnairn Community Arts place on the right and the vineyards on the left.
