A friend took me for a drive to kellys rd yesterday.

Save for one grey butcherbird and a small raptor  (brown goshawk?) calling from about 100 meters away, no birds were seen.  Has anyone else been there lately?

Since I am but a Johhny-cum-lately, i may be unaware this is normal in april.
