The pair around Callum Brae are actually nesting, I think nothing laid yet.
(I read that this 'autumn breeding' is known behaviour for BSK's).

Saw three Black-shouldered Kites while out cycling this morning. Two in the
horse paddocks just east of the Cotter Road overpass over Tuggeranong
Parkway, and another at the foot of Mt Stromlo Road.
