Hi,

I live in Garran and have just discovered a deceased immature Crimson rosella outside my window. It is perfectly formed and was still warm when I found it. I suspect it flew into our family room windows.

I recall I have read on this chatline that there is someone who wants such birds for scientific work. I have placed the bird in a plastic bag in the (outside!) fridge.

Can anyne tell me what I need to do...who to contact...what else to do?

Thank you,

Trish Munro
