Probably unconnected. I just saw one Cockatiel fly over my house (Kambah). I think not a wild bird, by its calling. Not a good look, I was looking up at a Little Eagle at the time.

Has anyone seen three cockatiels flying around Belconnen? I believe I saw and heard three of them over the immigration car park flying at speed and harassing an Australian Raven in a brief encounter. This was yesterday afternoon at 3.25 pm.
