There were three pairs (or looked like pairs, one might have
been children though they seemed mature) of White-winged Trillers in lower
Callum Brae yesterday. One pair was building a nest, and another were chasing
each other in what could still be courtship business.

reasonable conditions
inland, but the last
reports of them were on 8 January and 24 December, respectively. Both species
are
much quieter and
harder to identify post breeding and may have left early, and by the time this
issue of Ganggang
reaches you in early
February any records of these species will be very
significant.”
