I don't have a full set of the excellent little publication, but the 25th Anniversary edition of the EHNS "'Nature in Eurobodalla" covering 2010 cites the species as a rare vagrant and lists observations at Pedro Swamp between 19 January and 10 April, 'MHS' on 3 January and Malabar Weir on 1 March.

The ENHS records will have information. Their annual publication will list
months and broad locations of sightings. My copies are at Broulee and
unfortunately I am not. But Barbara Allan probably has copies readily at
hand.

Yes I have a similar comment to that of David, having seen a small group of
the species somewhere near there on the NSW south coast at some time on one
out of many trips in the last about 10 years - Sorry that is not very
helpful information, although I think the record would be written down, but
not by me and may be findable.

A few years ago I saw a significant flock (perhaps 10, I don't now remember
the details) WBSWs at the same spot that Harvey mentions. They were hawking
from two tall eucalypts on the Moruya side of the bridge. I was surprised
and mentioned it to Barbara Allan who birds there a lot and she confirmed
that she had also seen these birds.

While on holiday at Broulee over the weekend I came across six
White-breasted Woodswallows hawking, calling, and occasionally resting in
high dead branches of trees at 17:45 h on Friday 3 Feb. They were around
the bridge that crosses the entrance to Malabar Lagoon from the Moruya
River, 2 km east of Moruya along the road that follows the northern bank of
the river to the aerodrome. Four of the birds were resighted on the
following morning (11:00 h), Saturday 4 February. No doubt as to identity.
Poor but diagnostic photos available. This is well to the south of their
normal range along the east coast.
