Hi, I have just received the email message below.  I do not have an iphone or ipad so if anyone would like to have a look and let the chatline know of your impressions that would be great.

Hi Chris,

I have recently produced a Bird identification App for the Apple iphone / i pad on Australian birds, I believe it  is unique in that it consists of video clips of birds in the wild.

Over 20 years of filming has gone into the App and it consists of 70 different birds.

It has been designed as an introduction to birds and is aimed at young people or just the enjoyment of watching birds in the wild that books fail to do.

It can be viewed at  http://goo.gl/iMGgu

I hope you members might enjoy this,

Regards
