Could it be a juvenile White-browed Scrubwren?

Just saw a small brown bird that I have not seen before in my garden in
Deakin.

About the same size and form as a silvereye, hopping actively around on the
ground and in the undergrowth. Mid to darkish grey-brown back and cap,
paler throat/chest, no sign of any bright colours, straight tail with
rounded 'corners' and a slight "V" dent in it. I noticed its dark eyes.
Short beak like a Silvereye. I could not see its rump as I was looking down
on it through a window.

Not a Silvereye (darker, no colour, not in shrub foliage), not a wren (tail
straight not pointing up, shorter).

No obvious ID from the 'Birds of the ACT'. I can't rule it out as a
Silvereye, but I have not seen any of the thousands of Sivereyes I have seen
here hopping around on the ground like this, and none as dark on head or
back.

Advice appreciated.
