Some bats are back in Commonwealth Park (seen this afternoon).
I dont think they overwintered here this year (unlike 2010) - I couldnt see any when I last looked in September. December I think rather earlier than some previous summer arrivals (i.e. ?Feb in 2009 and 2010?).
Has anyone seen them recently with an earlier date?
