Ray,

Please have a look at Eremaea Birds <www.eremaea.com>.

On the LHS  of the Home page you will see Atlas. Under Atlas you have a number of options for finding birds all of which you can restrict spatially and temporally:

Best sites <http://www.eremaea.com/FindSpeciesSelection.aspx>

Most recent sightings ://www.eremaea.com/MostRecentSelection.aspx>

Species distribution map <http://www.eremaea.com/SpeciesMapSelection.aspx>

Species records <http://www.eremaea.com/SpeciesRecordsSelection.aspx>

For individual species the last option Species records is probably what you are after. You can then restrict sightings by month.

You can also check out the latest lists for the ACT to see what other birders have been seeing in the region.
