Two dollarbirds were present for at least two hours during our working-bee this morning. 9am to about 11am.
They were based in a large dead eucalypt on Mt Rogers north of Schwarz Place, Flynn. Quite constant calls and occasional flights before they moved on.
"Our" Tawny frogmouth young are becoming bored with nest-life it seems but were delighting human passers-by.
