At 5 pm this evening a Black-shouldered Kite was hunting across the
grassland/pastures to the east of Campbell Park. In CP a pair of
Kestrels were behaving like the pair photographed at Callum Brae by
Margaret the other day- the smaller (male?) brought a small prey (pb
bird) to the larger which proceeded to pluck it and eat it. Saw a Noisy
Friarbird carrying food to a nest.
