Last Friday there were three Red Wattlebird nests, each with nestlings in them, in or near Turner.

We travelled to West Gippsland and on the Sunday I saw two sets of Red Wattlebirds with dy.

Are the West Gippsland wattlebirds forward?

Also, today at Floriade, in the Commonwealth Pond (which has had the reeds mown), a Dusky Moorhen nb in an exposed location.
