Dear all,
A solitary pelican across the road from Wakefield Park (East of Goulburn) at Saltpetre, cruised a large canola paddock low to the ground then high, then low again and landed next to where casual water sat for a couple of years two years ago. In 2006, we saw a group of pelicans over Mulwaree Ponds further downstream on a number of occasions, but we put that down to the drought. Any opinions on presence in the district?
Ta,
Jude Hopwood
