at Turner Primary School whilst an Australian Raven ruthlessly despatched a fledgeling currawong. Close enough to see the apparent pleading look from it's bright yellow eyes I though of the predatation habits of adult cwgs  and wondered why there was no parent bird there to protect this juvenile bird.
