Re Hardheads

I was amazed to see hundreds of Hardheads on two separate lakes near Nowra on Sunday.
Fresh water "Water Reserve" lakes, off Yalwal Road.
One near the University campus there, and the other further out - the actual Nowra Water Supply.

I know it is not Canberra, but it is an unusual sighting as far as I am aware.

Cheers

Not a very good photo, but I think it might be a hard head.  Can someone please confirm the ID.  Thank you.  At Jerrabomberra wetlands near Fulica hide.

There were four nankeen night heron near the hide this morning.
