G'day,
 
   Despite the land clearance and construction work associated with the new Molonglo Development nearby I have just observed about 50 Red-browed Finches and 20 Double-barred Finches in a loose feeding flock on the lawn at the Australian Defence College. They posed nicely which is frustrating as I can not bring my camera to work.
