A dead wombat on Tuggeranong Freeway between the arboretum and Cotter Road - very unusual for inner Canberra. Seems to be a young animal, perhaps dispersing up the Molonglo.

Re willows: I wonder if it wouldn't be worth the Committee inviting TAMS to either brief them, or the membership via a short talk at a meeting, re the overall strategy, rationale and plans, of willow removal. There's a lot of speculation about it.
