Depends on which authority you use, the now very out of date Christidis and Boles - they have Restless Flycatcher - or the more up to date IOC world bird list where the species in that part of Australia is the Paperbark Flycatcher. The IOC follow Schodde and Mason. The Restless is in southern Australia, the Paperbark in the north.
