On three days in the last two weeks I have had 7 Yellow-tailed Black-Cockatoos in my GBS area. Including on Saturday, all 7 stopped to perch for about 2-3 minutes in the big tree in my yard. The Currawongs appeared not to like this. I think that is a first to have the species stop in my property.

11 YTBC  inc 2 begging youngsters.  

Wonder if it was the same flock I saw overfly Lake Ginninnderra a couple of weeks ago?
