Probably best to just ask David. I would not have thought it important enough to be a Microsoft Plot. I for one normally delete it in responses. I find that if not, sometimes messages that do the rounds of many comments, can accumulate a whole string of these things. It is my thought that that gets tedious.

Does anyone know why some posts have this at the bottom, but most don’t ?
