Yes on odd one, a sort of bit of a gender mix. How often is that seen? The red head suggests mature male but the red edges to the belly feathers are more like juv or adult female. Maybe it is just late in changing body plumage. Maybe it is chromosomally wrong or got its hormones wrong but these are not the simplest answer.
