For two weeks or so a family (2 adults, 2 young) of Eastern Spinebills have been endlessly flitting in and out of three large Salvias in our garden (Ainslie), with only the occasional disturbance from an eruptive Wattlebird.
This morning however they were joined in a continuing chase through the Salvias by a White-eared Honeyeater - all pausing to eat constantly. Zipping in and out of my line of sight behind my pc monitor-  and a RWB has just joined in.
