Speaking of pardalotes. We had a poor Spotted Pardalote male hit our window last weekend. My wife found it lying stunned by the back door. We covered it and kept it warm as it seemed in shock. It did offer a perfect opportunity to see these little birds up close. It slowly came round after some 10 minutes. Luckily it recovered and flew groggily off.
