Yes and a late one too judging that all the juveniles in Bateman's Bay have pakced up and left.

Subject: [canberrabirds] Juvenile Cuckoo

This bird sat on our gutter this morning and made begging noises for 
five or ten minutes. Is it a juvenile Koel? Initially I thought it was,
from its size and shape of the beak, but its colouration doesn't match
the photo of a juvenile Koel that I found in the COG website photo
gallery. In size it was slightly smaller than a magpie.

Also saw a pair of King Parrots with two begging juveniles this morning,
in a tree just across the road from the Kingston shops. The begging call
of the King Parrot is almost as annoying as that of the Galah...
