Subject: [canberrabirds] Identification please

This was photographed by a neighbour in Kaleen.  A wattle bird feeding a cuckoo.  I saw it today, but could not get a really good look.  Is is a Koel juvenile?  That was the nearest looking in the books.  I did not know if they laid their eggs in another birds nest or not.The neighbour has watched it feeding the youngster for days now.
