ID query - Campbell Park

Walking through Campbell Park this morning, at the northeast edge I saw two small birds briefly on the wire fence.
One I assume is a juvenile, the other a female? Any suggestions re ID most welcome.

Other obs- at the carpark end of CP, only a single young heron in sight near the nest; and a single owlet nightjar in sight in the usual hole.
At the n. end; a large flock (>20?) of Striated Pardalotes in and out of the top of a dead tree.
