Only FOUR starlings????????????????????

An inestimable flock, circa 100 flew low over me there last night.  They took off out of the thistle paddock and flew over to the sewage ponds.  Then the flock split up and two thirds of them remained on the power lines and the other third flew away.

2 Sacred Kingfisher

4 Dollarbirds - 2 juvenile I think

Numerous Superb fairy wrens

+/- 20 Red brow finches

Numerous Grey fantail

Black swans

2 Pied currawong

4 Magpie

4 Starlings

 

Nice morning until it started getting hot!
