Hi Margaret
 
Scalloped forehead, but plain throat (not striped); greyish eye ring (not dark red/brown); and the colour of the rump all add up to it being a Buff-rumped Thornbill.
Habitat of Campbell Park (open Eucalypt forest not heavy growth) suits that species.
