Hi All
Finally managed to get a decent pic of the Superb Parrot i have heard calling at times in and around my yard for a few months now. In recent sightings I thought it was a female, and that she seemed to be hanging around the local flock of King Parrots. When the Superb perched on my Mexican bean tree, also a fav with the King Parrots, a few days ago I realised it was a young male due to emerging and relevant head/neck colouration.
