Swift Parrots in Gordon

Just after 10 this morning 3 Swift parrots flew over our house at the
lower end of Gordon. I won't put in an Atlas Record because I will
record them in my GBS datasheet.

They were flying swiftly (pardon the horrible pun) downwind in the
direction of Tharwa. Presumably they were just passing over, although
there are a number of blossom-laden ironbarks (roadside tree
plantings) in the immediate area of our house.

For birds which (from memory) were not recorded much on the southside
of town in past years, this year they seem to have decided that its
not a such a bad place after all.
