Eagles Nest???

Hi Everyone,
 
Going into town this morning down William Hovel Drive we noticed again a large nest  we have been watching for some time now,over to the right in the tallest tree just before the Coppins Crossing turnoff. We did see last year an Eagle sitting next to this nest. Just wondering if anyone else has noticed it, and if it  is an Eagles nest ?
