the walk tomorrow (Sunday) is definitely on - the leader is Michael Robbins.  Sorry for any confusion that might have arisen when previous leader had to withdraw.

the information from Gang-gang:

Park at the intersection of Haydon Drive and Purdie Street. The walk departs at 8am at the reserve directly opposite Purdie Street and will last for 2-3 hours. Easy walking. Gossan Hill Nature Reserve is surrounded by urban development. It has varied habitats including grassland and woodland. The walk will focus on urban pressures affecting the natural values of Gossan Hill Nature Reserve and to observe which species are coping with the pressures. A particular focus will be to see whether Speckled Warblers survive in the reserve
