During my recent stay in Perth I saw plenty of feral doves, both the laughing and spotted variety.  However, occasionally I saw one as attached, and it does not fit the description in my bird book for either species.  I am sure one of COGs members can help me out.  The spotting on the front of the neck is the puzzling bit.  Many thanks.
